I signed a contract with SunPro Solar for solar panels. They had a promo if I signed at that time. The paper I signed said I would get a check mailed directly to me after installation and once they received payment if full. My system was installed 7/2021. My financing is complete..I just made my 4th payment to the finance company. When I inquired about my promo check I was told 4 to 6 weeks. Then when I inquired during the 5th werk Sunpro tells me those go out 8 to 10 weeks after the city grants permission to operate. My permission to operate was done Sept 29 2021. When I inquired during week 10 they tell me it will be 2 more weeks. The papers I signed did not state any of the above deadlines. When I emailed Sunpro again week 11 she stated she forwarded my complaint to her mgmt and the dept that handles the checks to expedite. Next week is week 12.....still no check and no response from my last email to Sunpro. Their delays have caused me to have a financial burden as I had time sensitive plans for that money Resolution Sought Overnight the money that they owed me 3 months ago and honor the signed documents...make this right because they have a very dissatisfied customer. I also missed out on some referrals due to Sunpros constant delays through this whole ordeal.

Company states: Ms. Horton received both checks. However, her banking institution put a hold on the check that was $7000 due to the amount. As of today, that check has cleared our account and she would need to reach out to her banking institution to see if it was released. Sunpro is not a member of this website and handled the complaint internally with our accounting department.
