This company has misrepresented what Solar would do for myself as a customer. The solar installed by company for 1 took an extremely long time will obtain more details soon. I was paying for a loan that the solar was not even up and running. Now that Solar and with even getting with Correct elec provider after a long time Solar is still not even close to what they say it would save me and to top it all off the CCU credit Union they used to finance loan has just jumped up payment with out my permission. Elec bills that had suppose to have been 100 dollars or even less are still 300.00 to 400.00 with Rythm Elec that they suggested. The panel are not producing what was promised and Do not even cut my bill in half barely 50 at times Resolution Sought I have no ideal I almost want it all pulled off and taken away but I put a brand new roof on at the time of installation and not sure what damage that will do to my roof this company was very misleading and may even start looking into finding a lawyer

Our solar panels have neve made the energy that they are suppose to make. Resolution Sought Sunpro to fix the problem or refund our money.

Company states: We received a previous letter, contacted the customer, and opened a case for her concerns. We are currently waiting for the customer to mail us files before we can proceed with investigating and providing a resolution to for her concerns.

The panels are not making enfo eléctricos. Our eletric bill is over $200.00. We need help with this. Maybe if the panels where raised up to the same level as the roof they World get more sun.

In order to properly address this customer's concerns, we are needing copies of her utility bills. We have not received those at this time. I have reached out to the customer to try to obtain those.
