Downtown Nashville Nissan, Mr. Jarred Meckley , 1-615-248-5100, look at my car. And this is what he said was wrong with it . The rt. Side axle, rt side lower control arm assembly, rt. Side strut assembly, rt. Side front knuckle assembly. We just bought this car a week early. It broke down in Nashville. Resolution Sought To fit the car right. Not half fix it just to get it on the road. I have a little baby riding in the car. Don't just bring it in another shop to have it half fix it. You playing with people life's.

I put a down payment on a 2012 GMC TERRAIN in FEBRUARY 2023. I've only made three payments and I took to have the oil checked there was no oil in the truck, I've had to put front and back brakes on the truck and new spark plugs and now the truck is jerking and cutting off. I was told that the truck was going to be checked from bumper to bumper for any problems or issues I think that was a lie just to sell the truck…They didn't even allow me to test drive it or anything…I feel like they took advantage of me and did whatever it took to get rid of the vehicle…I to top it all off the check engine light on and that should not be on…I've only had this truck for three months and need help because Sunrise doesn't care about what I'm going through. I've talked to someone about the issue but no one is returning my calls or showing any concern at all. Again I feel that the took advantage of me because it's a dealership full of men laying in wait for women like me who are desperate and needing decent transportation and they sell you an unreliable non dependable vehicle. I really need my vehicle because I work a full time job and I'm a single grandmother who as custody of six grandchildren who also benefits from the vehicle. I'm in desperate need of help I can't afford to pay a note and pay for expensive repairs that I shouldn't even be paying for this early in driving the vehicle… Resolution Sought I would like them to help me with the repairs and to make sure I don't have any issues or problems with the vehicle for awhile…I know the truck is a 2012 but I didn't think a dealership like Sunrise would sell someone a raggedy vehicle…I just want my truck fixed and I don't want to have pay for it

Ms. Jones purchased the vehicle on February 25. She brought the vehicle back in to us a week later with a check engine light on. We found the catalytic converter was not operating properly and we replaced it at no cost to you. She brought the vehicle back a month later with the check engine light on again. We found error codes for the O2 sensor. We replaced both O2 sensors, again at no cost to her. Now, she brings the vehicle in with 123,000 miles on it. She has driven 10,000 miles in 3 months since the vehicle was in our dealership. She purchased the vehicle with 110,000 miles. She's driven the vehicle 13,000 miles without changing the oil. We recommend changing the oil every 5,000 miles. When she brought the vehicle in to our dealership yesterday, the oil was extremely low. We topped off the oil and that was the only problem we saw. However, she needs to change the oil and filter properly with the correct oil and perform proper maintenance. We can't be held responsible for a vehicle that is not properly maintained.
