Negligence in her accounting!!

Negligence in her accounting. Doesn't bill insurance companies properly, and then bills the patient for services that insurance will pay. Also bills duplicate claims and takes the over payment in personal account. Violates Business codes and ethics. Company needs to be honest and not steal money. Refund whats been wrongful billed and the businesses mistake from neglect.
