SunRun complaints

I met Lincoln Bode, a SunRun sales consultant, who offered to set up solar panels in my house at no cost to me. I agreed to sign the contract if none of my bushes and tree will be cut or damaged. I made it very clear that if my plants were to be harmed or destroyed, that I do not want the solar panel installed at all. Lincoln Bode assured me that none of my plants will be damaged. We met I April, 2022 and went to my house to verify the location of the control panel and how much trimming would be done to my plants. He pointed to me where the location would be and I agreed. The SunRun project was delayed until October 2022 due to HOA approval was needed. At this point, I was in contact with Lincoln Bode and Ara Vergara, both from SunRun. I personally cleared and trimmed the bushes Lincoln Bode and I agreed and designated to be trimmed. I notified Ara Vergara that I had trimmed the location and that I did not want anymore trimming done to my bushes. I also requested for the SunRun crew to notify the people at home before doing any construction as I did not want to alarm them. I was not at the location, I notified my son and the occupants that SunRun will install the panels on October 7. Much to my horror and dismay, my son, informed me that full grown pine tree was cut, the solar controls were installed in the middle of my outside wall, without my consent. I had communicated with SunRun to replace my tree and bushes, what I got was a dwarf of a tree. Resolution Sought I want SunRun to replace my full grown pine tree not the dwarf tree they had planted, this time again, without my knowledge, I had explicitly asked them to call my son before planting. They planted the tree without notification. Replacement entails the same value as SunRun has destroyed. SunRun needs to plant a full grown pine tree or pay me the cost of the full grown tree.
