Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have had solar for almost 1 ½ years, the installation was done- but then the solar panels stop working-they send someone out to repair, but it is still not working. I have been paying Sunrun $278.00 monthly and was told I would not have an electric bill anymore. I have been paying an electric bill every month of $252.00. They stated they could give me an upgrade, I declined and stated I just wanted a refund for the overcharges. When I asked for his name, he disconnected the call. Resolution Sought The overpayment of charges for my electric bill
