Sun run solar placed some panels on wrong side of my house. They 2 years ago. They verbally told me they would not be placed on front of house but because their system was down they had to do the layout with them at front of house. Also said if they could have conduit placed threw attic they would but stated they were unable to do so. There is conduit all over my roof. Another company just came out to place more panels because sun run didnt give me enough panels and my true up was 2000 the past 2 years. New company ran conduit through attic no problem. Sun run did pain the conduit but it was still ran over the roof when all along could have been ran through attic. I asked them shortly after sun run placed solar that I wanted to file a motion to have them remove their panels due to poor service and experiences. They threated I would be sued for the $25000. This company lied and are difficult to get in touch with. I filed another request to have panels removed about 1 year ago. Customer service said someone would get in touch with me and no one did. This company lies and is terrible to do business with. Resolution Sought I would like contract to be voided and sun run panels removed.
