I took out two loans from this company. Unforeseen circumstances caused a garnishment on my wages during the pandemic. The company has been paid in full through the court and they still call my references everyday sometime multiple times a day. I called to ask why the associate did not identify herself she looked up my account and told me they have received no payments on my account. She had no idea that the company handled it through the court. When I explained this she didn't believe me cut me off by putting me on hold without saying anything, then comes back on the phone said she would make a note on the account. I asked why she called my references so much that it was almost harassment she yelled because you gave us your wrong number, didn't ask if my number had changed, and hung up on me. Didn't offer for me to speak to the manager, overall she was very rude and unprofessional. I have been in healthcare for 11 years and I have never seen customer service skills this bad. This woman really shouldn't be the face and voice of this company, it makes them look really bad. Resolution Sought I think this employee should have to take some education courses on professionalism and customer service. Probably even be written up if the behavior is not addressed she will never understand that it's not ok. The manager probably needs to be questioned as to why this is allowed under there watch. Send someone in that isn't recognized and see for yourself.
