Attempted to make payment arrangements or settlement agreement on a 5 year account. Scheduled time to speak with the manager Mrs. Sheryl before 1200 p.m. she was not their. So spoke with Mrs. Nia about the situation. She was rude, unprofessional, and tried to get me to pay $150.00 more on the 5 year old loan than the original $50.00 to $80.00 a month that I was paying on the loan. Resolution Sought To speak with manager. If unable to receive a professional and unbiased experience without being talked down or deceived into making higher payments than the amount my contract was written for.

This issue has been turned over to the District Supervisor, David Surrett. I have reached out to Mr. Durrah and left when a voicemail with my contact information. When Mr. Durrah contacts me back I am sure we can work out satisfactory arrangements to get this account resolved.
