They installed a broken heater, turned off my gas and have left my gas off for over 4 days and are refusing to come and turn it on while waiting for a part to come in which could be weeks. She is hanging up on me and refusing to send a service tech out to cap off a gas line her tech left open after being here 12 hour in 12/23/ 22 after refusing to discuss the problem at 3:30pm on 12/24 when my service dog barked at them so I stepped outside to talk and they acted as if they were doing me a favor. They did not even attempt to help. Resolution Sought Send a technician out to cap off the pipe and turn on my gas
