The washer coin slot and the soap dispenser coin slots don't work! People constantly losing money and on Sunday no one is there owner has no refund policy posted and is hostile so people leave without their money or have to pay more money for another washer. I got yelled at for trying to get my money back on a Sunday by the manager because it was their off. Please help many people from out of town come in there a d have to leave without their money and owner gets to keep money and no one to call for refund! Please help. Resolution Sought To have faulty soap dispenser removed from wall it takes people's money and doesn't dispense soap, same thing with washing machine

The day she lost her money was a Sunday which is the only day that I am off. She knocked on my door, I brought the money down to her. But then she came Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to talk to me about it again at which point I was frustrated and asked to her leave. She drove around the town to find me, even going as far to search all of Wal-Mart for me. I thought we settled this she was refunded and I did put a sign on the machine because it is dysfunctional. We do have a refund policy, however we cannot on Sunday's because this is my only day off I do live above the laundry but this is the only day I am not "onsite". This has happened previously with this customer, we are happy to refund when it is applicable but she has been refunded and we consider this matter settled.
