I was treated rudely.

Hi..so I received a gift certifacte for a manicure/pedicure for my 50th bday...on 3/22/18...debra cooper, my friend purchased it for $38.00 on 3/20/18....i misplaced certificate n went into salon n told lady the situation...she was soo rude n told me that she keeps no records of gift cert.sold n that i had to locate it or too bad?!??....i then asked to make an appt anyway for next open time, to which i was told- " oh, no no...we have no time available"!!?...the place was empty n so was the reservation book....i replied ...you are so non customer friendly nor helpful....beyond rude n i left bewildered n in tears....??I would like the company to refund the amount...38.00 & keep a log of any n all certificates sold....as any good organized business does....n treat customers with respect ...not rude insulting behavior
