I need to replace the roof after the storm in San Antonio TX in February. I contacted the company that installed the solar panel as they are in guarantee to frontally and reinstall the panels. Since the re-installment the system is not working properly. Suntria (Premier Solar Solutions). Attempted to fix the problem in some occasions. The system stop working and at this point I have no benefits. They did a last attempt on 9/23/21 the Tech supervisor, Melanie stated that the tech will be working on the inversor. I work from home, the tech told me that he needs to go to the roof and will be a lot of noise. I had advised the company that I will need to be notify with time as I work on the phone. They did not have time to request permission at my job. So I was not able to allow to make noise. The system is not working properly, now not at all, since re installment on 6/4/21. The came in various occasions and we're not able to fix the issue in four months. I provided me with a loan that I have no benefits. I have to pay also for my electrical bill. Please help me. At this point I lost the faith and trust of Suntria ( Premier Solar Solutions) Resolution Sought To take the loan and panels back and return my money I have paid to the lender. Tech Credit Union.
