We have a contract with suntuity solar that as soon as our panels were installed and activated we would receive a sign on bonus of 18,600$ any where from 30-45 days later. We were activated on July 13 2023 and we still haven't received a check and they are continuing to give us the run around . Every time I call they tell us there is no management to talk to and they can't give us a date when i will be receiving my check . And I was also promised that i would have a 5$ electric bill and that's why I agreed to pay 398$ a month to suntuity so we would receive that large sign on bonus and no electric bill but my electric bill is still over 200$ and i still haven't received my sign on bonus im extremely frustrated by this company they have very rude people answering the phone and they are of no assistance. I've been waiting 5 months for this check this company is so unprofessional Resolution Sought I would like the business to honor our contract and pay me my sign on bonus of 18,600.00 and take care of the problem with my panels and the electric bill

Late one afternoon two guys told me they only needed one more appointment for the day to be done. I took a solar appointment via representative Ken Hoyt repeatedly came to my house five times gave me edibles. Presents spent hours here knowing my husband had left me just recently and took my hand and sign on his phone, I was coerced into getting this Solar that I kept asking the price about and I'm not comfortable with any of the work done started in December and it is still not completed because they can't pass electrical. I didn't want these solar panels because it was not a government program . Resolution Sought The solar panels must be removed from my house. They will not get back in touch with me. The representative no longer works there, and I'm stuck with these panels on my house that never worked!
