CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My family and I booked a trip with cancellation insurance and the priced dropped a total of $600 the week prior. They wouldn't refund the difference although I could have cancelled and re-booked it at the lower price. The reps advised not doing that because we would get certificates back or a credit not our money and it'd take longer than a few weeks so we would likely not get to go on our trip. I let that go and went on the trip which promoted a kids club on site that was actually closed so we couldn't get a break from our 2 kids at all on the trip. I filed a complaint while on the trip end of March and emailed and messaged multiple times and have been advised they have a major delay in customer complaints and that they will get back to me eventually. At first I was told 30 days but it's been well over that. This is not how you do business. Resolution Sought Refund me the cost difference in the price of the tickets and also compensate me for not having the option for child care on our trip as well as for the massive inconvenience of not being able to get this resolved or someone to answer me.
