They have a serious bed bug INFESTATION which was reported to the Health Department where a inspector came out to inspect the rooms and he stated that the bed bug INFESTATION was true plus we had proof of the bites on her bodies and the inspector told the owner of the motel that they couldn't remove us from the property but as soon as the inspector left the owner of the motel forced us out. The $320.00 is the rent we had just paid for the room and they refused to refund the money back. Resolution Sought For one I would like to have my money back or most of it or even allow us back on the property in a different room, we never wanted to report them but after multiple complaints of trying to get them to do something about the bed bugs and they wouldn't we had no other option but report them to health department because we have a small child who was getting ate up.
