Fix all issues with their rooms and stop the discrimination amongst woman and colored people

Motel is infested with German roaches and the management has a issue with black people and women faucets and sinks are broken and the manager is not allowing black people to extend their stay cause they choose to smoke outside instead of in their room. which most rooms are non smoking rooms and after getting people money they get people trespassed without a refund of the remaining stay
