They are renting rooms with no heat and not giving refunds. We where forced to stay because we don't have any extra money to go to another hotel I have 3 full videos of what took place and how they handled it Resolution Sought I would like a 50 refund and them to fix up their hotel the correct way. And stop getting away there needs to be inspections done
