I am a government employee and I booked a reservation through Agoda, booking number 426040970 for the Super 8 in California Maryland 06-09 September 2021. The room was so nasty and truly unsanitary and inhabitable (I have multiple photos). Since I checked in so late I had no choice but to stay there for one night. The next morning I immediately checked out. Upon entering the lobby and assigned room 110, the entire place reeked of Marijuana. The staff was disruptive and confrontational when I was checking out. I requested a refund for the not staying the 7th and 8th September 2021. I also contacted the booking agency Agoda with no resolution. The hotel said I had to contact the booking agency and the booking agency said I had to contact the hotel for my refund. Neither of these companies deserve to provide any type of customer service to anyone. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for the two nights that I did not stay and correct their deficiencies in customer service and services provided.
