Gave my card info to the hotel to hold the room checked in Wednesday Oct 4 and paid cash then they also charge my card for 239.68 now I have wait till Oct 18th to get my money returned to me I don't think this very good business practice. Resolution Sought Return my money today.

Company states: We refunded the credit card right away. Guest checked in late at night. In order for the hotel to run the audit we have to check people in and charge.
