I'm filling a complaint against the Super 8 Hotel located at 4800 Preston Highway. I booked a room for over night stay 08/23/2024 checkout 08/24/2024 I paid $66.98 for the room with my visa debit card and I also paid a cash deposit in the amount of $60 in which I do have the receipt. I was given keys to room 217 however; I was transferred to another room do to the fact the television wasn't working. I was transferred to room 229 however; I had roaches in my room. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk clerk and the manager I asked for a refund and they refused to refund my money, please if someone can help me and if something could be done about this. We agree that guest stayed with us on 8/23/24 and checked out on 8/24/24. Also, during her stay she was moved from room number 217 to 229 for some signal issues in Television. First of all, the hotel doesn't have any control over the bad signal of television, it's a machinery that can stop working any time. To make here comfortable we switched her room that had all amenities. Secondly, the reservation the guest made is throught a third party price which was not only non-refundable but also hotel only receive $50.31 out of that. On the top of that the guest did have damage to the room. She torn the bed shett, cover and blanket. So, as per the hotel policy her depsit was forefeited. Also, despite the fact the reception is open the entire night, 24x7. She only complained about the bugs at the time of check out. She was disrespectful towards the staff. She already used her reservation and also damaged the hotel property. So we deny any claim.

The motel have bed bugs prostitution and meth heads.. my kids got bitten . It took a month to get my money back. Resolution Sought Close down till the bed bugs is gone..
