Standing here for 45 minutes ringing the bell to get hold of anyone to book a room.

No one answers. Phone rings and finally someone comes out. They answer the phone look at me and walk away. I asked ma'am ma'am I'd like a room please. Nice as possible. Ignored. Phone rings goes back to phone (both times it's me on phone) and say I'd like to book a room. I'm in your lobby now. Pay attention.
