This establishment unlawfully took money from my checking account. I canceled my reservation due to unclean and unhealthy environment. Because of their private policy which is only stated at the front desk, this company took money without service leaving my family and I sleeping in our car... Resolution Sought Change their policy or close their business.

We are sending documents over for the above reference complaint regarding Shedrick Brown. Mr. Brown came in to check in and refused to provide the $150.00 incidental deposit that every account is to provide, in case of any incidentals to or in the room. When booking via Wyndham especially because that is our Corporation, you will be made aware of the cancellation policy and any check in requirements. Our website states the info for the policy and when booking a reservation depending on the rate plan it will give you the cancellation policy. Please feel free to reach back out via email on this email if any questions should arise regarding this matter.
