The woman who works there was rude to me from day one & didn't care about me. I felt very discriminated against due to my situation. She hung up the phone on me all the time & was disrespectful towards me. They cared more about their money than the quality of my stay. This was a long term stay but they were not understanding & accommodating with me towards my situation. I was treated very badly even though I continued to pay so much money for weeks/months & still went through horrible treatment. I was told to leave just because of a noise complaint, I didn't do anything illegal for them to tell me to leave. They're doing bad business & operating things illegally there. There's bugs & roaches in the rooms. There's black mold in the showers. Their house keeping doesn't clean the floors properly & wouldn't clean the bathrooms there either. Very bad/hurtful experience & my money was wasted staying here long term. I want a full refund immediately. Resolution Sought I would like for them to give me a full refund immediately for my entire stay.
