I walked into this motel and got a room for multiple days. When I got to my room the sheets were stained and the bathroom was dirty. I asked for a full refund and they informed me I needed to pay for 2 nights and they would refund the rest of my money. This was on 6/26/2025. They are now telling me they will not refund me and they are refusing to work with me. They also said I would get a receipt via email and they have not given me that either. I have called three times since I left there and they keep telling me I don't get my money back. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded the amount owed to me.
