The business started off by running my credit without my permission. They lied and deceived me on serial occasions. Starting with telling me they would get me a years free gas and no payments until the beginning of 2024. I got a msg on 12-24-23 saying my payment was now 8 days late when it wasn't supposed to been due until 1-16-24. The warranty guy called me after I declined adding their extra warranty to my loan amount 3 times and cussed me out, told me not to come crying back to them when my transmission went out and hung up the phone on me when i would not give him an explanation of why I didn't want their warranty. I called the supervisor who's name is Ryan and he stood up for the guy saying that he's just passionate about his job. They had added an extra almost 13,000 dollars anyway without my permission and me telling them no 3 times. I got denied by the first credit company because they added the extra warranties anyway, which added extra APR to my loan. They trapped me in a car that I didn't even want in the first place because it didn't have enough seating for my future family plans and told me that my research was all a joke and I was wrong because I could not find the vehicle I wanted with that many seats. They all around lied to me several times, deceived me, treated me poorly by yelling at me and hanging up phones on me. Myself and my husband had to miss work to go over and redo paperwork several times because they added in exactly what we told them we didn't wan Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the car that I bought as the car is not running correctly and it is not what I wanted in the first place. I also believe that the company should be shut down for selling people junk cars and stealing their money.

My girlfriend and I bought 2 vehicles from super car guys of s Broadway. One of the being a 2017 Acura TLX. 3 weeks after purchasing it the motor locked up. It has been 3 months now and we still don't have our car back. Its not even being worked on. We had a great warranty. Warranty covered a new motor. They have transferred our car to Subaru of Wichita because they said they had more techs there and they can get on it faster. They have had a 8 weeks and said it's next in line. I called 2 weeks ago and it was next in line. I call everyday to check on the status and nobody will call me back or respond to my phone calls. My main concern is we bought a vehicle because we needed one. They won't even give us a loaner car and it's costing us around 1200 so far in rental cars. Resolution Sought Fix our car, give us a loaner car till they get around to fixing our car.
