Changing prices for customers!

The owner always charges $25 to $40 dollars more then actual amount spend. I caught him several times already but he got away. Today I spoke up...no apologies. Been going there for 2 years and lost a lot of money. Receive a fine. Stop being a fraud and cheating your customers.
