I ordered a pair of earrings on 1/30/24 that I wasn't in love with but ordered bc they were supposed to come with infinity roses for free. I received the earrings but the roses never come. I reached our on 2/2, 2/6, 2/7, 2/13, 2/17, 2/26, and 3/5 by email. I would always receive an apology followed by and email saying they would be delivered that day. They never were so I asked for a refund. The total was $25 with the earrings but they said they would refund $15 of it. This was almost 2 weeks ago with no refund. I have reached out again but to no avail. I would like a full refund. Resolution Sought Full refund. I don't mind sending the earrings back, but I shouldn't have to pay return shipping.
