They are contractors for Costco. They are non responsive via phone or text, calling multiple times myself and also via Costco directly. In addition, the first attempt i had getting my washer dryer installed in my home, they were very rude to the person giving them access into my home. Stating they hate working in this "area" and if they had known they wouldnt have done it. Then proceeded to state that my home install would be a prob bec "everything is so old" and that i could "complain all i want, it wont do anything". The install could not be completed bec the appliances did not fit through the doors. So i requested to resch. I received a text stating a window from 10-2p today and while i received a call from the plumber, who should come after the install, i have yet to hear from Super Plumber North LLC and there is a chance i need to reschedule again. This is the worst customer experience i have ever had with any company. The fact that they dont answer their calls and say ridiculous statements is absurd. I would never recommend this company to do any work for myself or anyone i know. Resolution Sought Honor the reschedule of install for today, 2/20/24.
