On 7/28 a man by the name of Shaun came to do the windows and doors at my place of business. When he completed it was 7:30 at night and I couldn't see any imperfections being that it was dark and the window treatments were dark as well. The next day I contacted the business and let him know what I saw and he said I needed to give it days to dry. I contacted him again and he said he didn't have to come back out and that it probably was something I could do to make it better like press on it. I contacted him again on yesterday and he stated send him pictures, once I sent him pictures he came up with every excuse including saying I did something to it. I told him I did nothing to the tint and it's full of bubbles and is lifting and peeling. I asked him could he give me a date and time the we could meet so he can come in to look and fix the issues he stated he was very busy and would ride by but is letting me know if he has to do anything to it it won't be for free and I won't get my money back. I told him how does he feel I need to give him more money for something that was clearly done wrong and he said I am a woman and know nothing about tint. When I let him know I saw multiple reviews on his business about the same issues I was having he started getting loud with me and said he ain't fixing anything! I told him I was going to report it and he would lose more than the $200 that he has taken from me and I hung up the phone. He then started sending me threats via vmail. Resolution Sought He wasn't willing to fix it and have sent me threats via voicemail. I am now afraid to be around him and want a refund of my money because I have to pay another company to fix the work. After I looked his business up and saw multiple bad reviews with the same problems I have with this business I know he's not going to fix the issue's and I don't feel safe enough to let him come back to my place of business being that he has sent threats.
