I'd love to say I can get money back from these horrible people. Rudy specifically. Constantly rude anytime you have to deal with him. Ask him to do a simple task and he can't get it done. Talks rude, today while trying to receive my payoff for my car to be sent to another dealership I called at 1253, it is now 1526 and he "claims" he's tried to fax and email it with no receipt on either end. When calling and talking to him and saying there must be an issue on their end, he states this must be the reason I had to come to him. Clearly he's incompetent, he's rude as hell at all times, and does no deserve to have a job in customer service when he's going to act this way every single time.
