He said it was 30 ft (his approx ) actual16'-20'(Rehearsed scam = BAIT & Switch )I told him to forget it . Came down to $250 .He Threatened to report a un-safe condition if he did not do the job ."Coercion" He promised to re-do all the flexible dryer hose to stove pipe .LIE .He only Taped a $5 hose to the same existing Plastic flex hose .(Photo) So what he did was "Not needed " . As to "Un-Safe Hose "He Lied ! To bump up price .Made to Charge my CCard "PRIOR "to job & Sign I allowed it cause I felt protected by my CC company. We'll See?? knew I came quite a distance and needed the Cleaning certificate "OPPORTUNIST" I see " NO dryer vent brush " ?He's reply "We're not allowed to use a brush as it can damage the exhaust pipe ! He only used a blower . Blew the cap & internal part of float ext exhaust hood , caused damage . Now water can enter the pipe and may cause water damage to home (photo).Only using a blower (No Brush) it does not matter if vent is 12 ft or 100' it's no more work /time . Entire Job took 20min .So the scheme they have for extra charge is "MUTE " Fails .FALSE ADVERTIZING The$49 is a Teaser & Rehearsed Scam to gouge the consumer . Seen same complaints 5yrs+ (More space limited ) Give Credit of At least $150 ,Abide by Advertised price ,No price gouge ,give Insurance Info. With $150creditStill made100 more than AD Resolution Sought A) Shoddy ,Incomplete work & Lying B) false advertising C) Price Gouging ,Incomplete work & Lying ,Bait and Switch D) Damage to property E) Credit not given F) Made to charge CC before job commenced G) Used threats & coercion ,to make agree to his inflated price or terms . I called Superior later the same day .Explained that maintenance man was unaware of the crack and missing part blown off by Aziz". I asked for only $100 credit at the time. Job had no value as we have to correct damage
