Nov 21st Superior came to clean my dryer vent. We had a coupon which the guy won't accept. We called to find out why it was so expense the women who answer the phone was so rude. When we went to use the dryer it wasn't drying our towels (3hrs). We can Superior again and tried to explain what was happening again she was RUDE she hung up on us. Today I have Wizard dryer Vent GE showed me a birds nest that he said was 2 1/2 ft long. I just called Superior to get a refund and again this women yelled and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I want my money back Resolution Sought Refund my money back.
