I took my car in over 2 months ago for repairs, I showed them the invoice from the diagnostic I had done at Moss Brothers, once he saw that, he wanted to charge me more stating that the diagnostic they ran showed it was my tranmission. Moss Brothers never stated it was my transmission. The center console is what needs replacement. They still have my vehicle and are bringing up additional issues. We had discussed a wire harness when I dropped the car off, but now he is stating I never mentioned it. He wanted money up front of $1500, which I paid, I was going to pay an additional $300, but he told me to hold off on payment. I have been missing work due to not having my vehicle. They stated there was a delay on the repair due to personal issues, so I was patient, but I have been having to rent cars. Now he is stating there is an issue with my raditor hose, which was not an issue before. I had it serviced that prior to taking it in. Resolution Sought To get my vehicle repaired and returned to me as promised.

In response to complaint vehicle was towed in stuck in park gear.Upon intial diagnosis we extracted transmission faault codes.Advised customer transmission could be faulty.We collected 1500.00 deposit for transmission.Total estimate 2500.00.Upon furthur diagnosis we found battery acid on transmission electrical harness.After that repair found transmission is ok. After repairing center console and shifter replacement and air cond module replcement vehicle was able to shift properly and vehicle runs excellent.The only problem we have now is odometer light flickers.We are trying our best to correct this problem.I understand her frustration but trying to correct this last issue.We are not charging this customer any other monies other what we have on deposit.As a matter of fact we are losing money but we just want to make her happy.I will contact her with new update.Best regards.

Still waiting on call and my car to be returned, he mentioned my vehicle would not pass smog, it passed last time I went for a smog. This has been over 3 months I have been dealing with the excuses from the shop.
