I bought a kia soul from superior Nissan and paid cash for it. They gave me a duplicate title and I cannot put tags on my car or pay taxes on it until they produce a good title for this car. I purchased the car over four months ago and I still haven't gotten a title. Now they wont return my phone calls or anything Resolution Sought Either produce a title here very soon or allow me my money back on the car

Per Consumer: The company contacted me to tell me they have my title all of a sudden. I have the title but cannot get to revenue office to check to see I'd its valid this time until tuesday march 1st. They also begged me to take down my review. They called me 4 days in a row and each day they begged me to take it down.

My complaint stands until they pay the state titling fees of 75.00 for being 3 months late registering the vehicle. Please note that the company failed to provide me with information on the titling of this car and they are also responsible for these late fees I incurred over the past three months. I had to call and remind them to send my temp tags every month. They did not treat a cash paying customer very well.
