I called superior plus propane/Stevens propane on Friday Feb 11 2022 at 2pm for a tank refill they said they would try to get some one out that day if not it would be Saturday Feb 12. They haven't showed up nor can you get anyone on the phone. The temperature dropped to-5 on 2/11/2022 and the temperature is going to drop again the next few days. My pipes in my house will surely burst. I have called every number associated with superior plus propane and no one is answering the phones. When this company was just Stevens propane we never had a problem and we have been with the company since 2000 now that superior plus propane has taken over Stevens propane we can't get a tank refill. Pretty crappy service for those of us who have been with the company this long especially during these cold winter months. Resolution Sought All I want is for them to fulfill their obligation to me as a long time customer since I have paid my money every month since 2000. This company does not care about it's customers. There are so many complaints against this company just make them hold up their obligations to their customers.
