I ordered propane was told thwy had a ticket for an order already made and 5 days later still do not have propane called them numerous times for delivery paid ahead for propane and still never got it ,im out of heat and it freezing out and still no propane i heat my home with it which they know and im on automatic refills so i should never run out and this is the second time in about 3 or 4 months that im out Resolution Sought Close there doors if they cant meet the demand of ppl that need the propane it cold out and they are not delivering to how many ppl its a shame

In a review of Mrs Strohl's account, we see a delivery was made on February 12. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Trying to overcome supply chain issues and high demands for fuel hampered our ability to make deliveries in a timely manner. We truly understand the concerns this matter caused.
