I believe to the best of my knowledge that Superior Property Group was deceptive and fraudulent in denying my reimbursement. Mr. Pinkus from Superior Property Group *(who the Owners pay for to manage our property) can be contacted by email @ [email protected] or 1-833-387-8737 sent me emails to verify this deceptive and fraudulent behavior. I requested reimbursement for a common heating element that the Association stated they are responsible for in 2 Newsletters. My personal Allstate Insurance company reviewed all BY-Laws, Rules, and Newsletters determining the Association is responsible for my reimbursement. I pay for my heat and common element repairs included in my Condo fees and Mr. Pinkus attempted to deceive me as I have the emails to prove it. I have attempted numerous times to resolve this issue and despite being told by the Association they are going to contact me about it hasn't as I have been waiting over 2 months now. I have paid my dues on time for going on 15 years here now and suffer from a permanent PTSD disability which exacerbates my symptoms due to no responses for over 2 months now. After I caught Mr. Pnkus being untruthful he directed me to the Board for a response but despite my emails regarding this continue to Ghost me. Resolution Sought Refund of $ 668.92. Sent to me by check.
