Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

The bill cycle is from Apr 15 to May 1. We closed our business and had to utility company put the account back into the landlords name. We didn't receive a bill on the 1st. So, we went to the company and they had charged us the full amount for the sewer and water plus gas use. We had shut off the heater since we didn't need it. When we asked them they told us that they don't pro rate it. When we asked our landlord about it. She had gotten a bill and was charged also for the sewer and water for the same amount as us. Water and sewer is 57.75. The units of gas was 2 which is 54.02. Not sure where that was used at. We feel that utility company is double charging the landlord and us. Which is a total of 81.75 all together and they charged her 4 units of gas. Resolution Sought I would like to see the half of the water and sewer bill and no gas charged which we didn't use. Instead of the answer of that is the way it is.
