We used a broker (final destination) who did not inform us that they were not passing our info along to superior van lines (as far as drop off address, complaints of things left behind, extra charges, late pick up, etc). I got in touch with superior van lines early last week and was told to email everything to customer service. I immediately forwarded all my emails and photos and lists of things left behind, as well as extra charges we had due to late pick up and our forwarding address and asked for our things to be delivered the weekend of September 10th. I've gotten no response since. I've emailed multiple times asking for updates, as well as called and have gotten no answer. Thursday of last week a customer service rep answered and said I should know by mid week this week, but still I've heard nothing. We move in Friday. They left over 5k things of ours behind, even though they knew we had a 4 bedroom house. Which my husband and I had already moved everything into the two front rooms. They charged us 3k more at pick up, even after leaving so much behind. Now they haven't guaranteed delivery date nor let me know how they plan to discount us for the late pick up (as promised when we were told they would be picking up later than promised) or how they plan to replace our items left behind or reimburse us for the loss. I've moved overseas before and never dealt with such terrible customer service and had such a nightmare moving. Resolution Sought I would like our things delivered this weekend, I would like a discount applied to our fees for the late pick up, I would like our items to be replaced or us to be reimbursed as we left a lot behind and those things were then ruined by a monsoon before we could get another truck for them.
