Hotel Owner and housekeeper manager was extremely rude and aggressive because I needed more time to check out of the room. It was past 11:00 granted. Check out time, but rule of thumb and hotel business the hotel manger would give the guest at a half hour and so to get there belongings out. And then even worse the housekeeper manager said, " i don't care about your situation." After finishing packing my things and discussing the check out in the front desk where this argument occurred. I just think it's beneath any employee to treat a guest this way. Unacceptable. And the best course of action is that they should be reprimanded. Resolution Sought Refund the $46.41 for previous booking I request to have cancelled because the hotel owner was belligerent and rude. And I didn't feel safe rooming at that particular hotel. The housekeeper manager was extremely aggressive, and disrespectful.
