Hired owner Adam to loose 15 lbs. for an upcoming event. Paid $2,100.00 for Dec through June 2022 asked for receipt he couldn't give me one for some reason. I weighed 157 on Nov. 2021 by Jan. 2022 I was up Ten lbs. I have asked 2 times for a fair refund and have not been given any offers. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

Nancy hired me to help her lose weight for a wedding she had a year from then. I informed Nancy of the full scope of the protocols and what the plan was at every step. She was totally accepting of that plan the entire way, and she was still at the beginning of the journey to her goal. Then she missed some of her check ins and I noticed, so when i touched base with her to see how she was, she texted me back and cursed at me. (I still have the texts) Not knowing exactly where it came from, I offered to talk to her and come to a solution, to which she declined saying she didnt want to talk to me ever again. So after she cursed me out and said that, I respected her wishes. At this very moment Nancy still has access to all of the resources she agreed to. Had she not self-destructed, she would be on her way to achieving her results. Instead she quit, blamed me, cursed at me. And now she demands her money back because she doesn't want to fulfill her end of the committment that she was fully aware of the entire time. She quit. I didn't decline any service until this point, I truly was helping her. I should not have to refund any money because: she gave up, cursed at me, we are over half way through the portion she payed for, and I had her protocols already planned out on my end that she will not be using.
