Whatever they think needs to be done to having somebody good behind the counter customer service is a big deal.

I went into the convenience store there was a guy in there by the name of Hank so he says I wanted to get Lotto my husband was next door at the liquor store picking up a bottle of liquor so my bill was $5 I only had $4 in cash on me so I said give me one minute my husband's coming right over he ripped the tickets up in front of me and told me that no I wasn't allowed to get them I asked him if I can have quarters for the game machine he told me no he wasn't allowed to give me quarters I had my husband come into the store and talk to the gentleman and he was still cocky and rude to me told me to get out of the store I did nothing wrong I shop at the store all the time I am not happy and I won't be back again Hank is not a good customer service person and you should be ashamed to have him behind your counter.
