On 08/13/2021 I call the business to see the prices on re programming my car key. I was told $130 and if it didn't work I wouldn't be charged. The worker came out to my address worked for about 10 minutes trying to re program my car key. He wasn't able to do it. He told me he would only charge me $100 for the service. I explained to him that the first man I spoke to there was not fee if he couldn't do the job. The worker told me that it didn't matter what he said it was $100. I paid him and got a receipt and I was going to call the next day to handle this. I remember the phone calls were being recorded I heard it say when I first called. The next day another locksmith came out and within 10-15 minutes re programmed the key for me. I called and explained this to a few people they kept transferring me to when I called CT mobile locksmith back to let them know what happen and they didn't help my situation at all and were very rude. I paid for a service that was never done! Resolution Sought Refund
