I received a letter in the mail with my name, address, and my car listed as a 2020 Jeep Cherokee saying that my service contract cards are needing to be activated, when I do not and have never owned a Jeep Cherokee EVER. The person I spoke to just hung up after I provided an "e-Reference number" and I am worried that is is a scam. Resolution Sought Have this business STOP contacting me and never attempt to send me this communication ever again
