After less than a year of purchasing my vehicle the whole system started to fail. I took it to be repaired and per Jeff at the dealership service department, he stated that I was responsible for the payment of the repair even though there were no parts that where repaired. It was a software update that was needed. They are charging me even though the vehicle was not properly usable. I ended up having to pay for the repair or they wouldn't allow me to take my car. The dealership should be taking responsibility for the damaged vehicle they sold me.
