An unauthorized payment was made on my card account. I never subscribed to this service and once the payment came off my card the office called surprise.com, emailed them multiple times and calling with no answer to multiple numbers they have on file. A young lady then text my phone and said she was closing my account, but I had to give her my last 4 digits of my card and email address and name. I didn't. Resolution Sought Immediate refund.

I had realized $99.99 had been taken out of my account from surprise.com without authorization from me on March 28th. I've contacted customer support to get my refund back. I talked to a customer support person to get the ball rolling on March 29th the customer support person said she got it rolling and it would be 7-10 business days. I tried to contact surprise.com for two days Monday of this week and Tuesday (10 business days later). Then today I get a text message from a person named Shannon and the texts as follows: Hi, this is Shannon from Surprise returning your voicemail message. Could you please let me know your name, the last 4 digits of the card, and the email address you used to register with the app? As soon as I've received that, I'll make sure your cancellation is processed ASAP. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for a service I didn't authorize
