I ordered a garden cart from this company and received a cheap Chinese waist belt! I've emailed the company 3 times with no response to ask for them to refund my money or send me the correct item. The telephone number that is given on website comes up as an Alabama number and when you call it, rings busy constantly. I've tried now for 5 straight days to contact them with no avail. Resolution Sought Replace the wrong item that I received with the CORRECT item that I ordered and PAID for or simply refund me my money back. Thanks for your time.
