I have been living in this current building where I rent for 6 yrs now. This company Sustainable Utility Services, is a partner with our land lord Hugo Urrutia who charges us every month $65 for water. They have nothing to do with Los Angeles Water and Power. Every month since we have lived here, I have responsibly paid my bill with no issues. However, for the month of February and March 2022, I received the usual bill but this time, it says I am behind on a payment, which is false because I always write down every check number I send out for my bills. I screenshot my check number and bill for February and March and sent it to the landlord Hugo Urrutia, and Adela his assistant, but they never ever replied. Until today, my checks have not been cashed, I cannot get a hold of anyone with the number listed on the bill, I left a voice mail but no one has returned my call. This company is in Northridge CA but the phone number listed on the bill is 812-994-1181. It is stressing me out because I cannot get a hold of anyone and they are holding on to my checks and not cashing them. What they're doing is illegal. It clearly says on the bill, for billing concerns call the 812-994_1181, but this phone number is in Nashville. Resolution Sought Cash my checks, stop holding on to my checks, and return my call as a normal business should. At this point I think they stole my checks and will commit money fraud with them.
