I took My IPAD PRO to SUZU (Akeem) on Wednesday, February 10th to get my screen replaced, screen was cracked. He stated the IPAD will be ready Saturday. Upon arriving on Saturday, he stated the IPAD was not powering up and he needed to send it out to someone who specializes in these types of repairs. After several of nothing happening and him ignoring my phone calls I notified Thumbtack and got police involved. He told thumbtack he couldn't repair the IPAD and was going to replace the IPAD. I notified police when I didn't receive a replacement IPADS and he told police the IPAD was in the mail and will be back the next day. I arrived at the shop with officer and he stated IPAD came but was returned because address was incorrect. The officer told him to provide me with the tracking number and he stated he would, but he has not provided me with anything. It is now Friday, April 18th and I still do not have my IPAD I gave to him to repair nor do I have a replacement IPAD he told THUMBTACK he would ship to my residence. This has been going on for 2 months, I also filed a complaint with BBB and he has not responded to the complaint. My IPAD is an IPAD Pro 12.9 inch 256 GB. My IPAD was purchased from Bestbuy 2/6/2020, so it was fairly new. Resolution Sought I want either my IPAD back fully functional or a replacement IPAD exactly like the one I gave him to repair (replace cracked screen).

IPAD returned and invoice paid. Noted after paying IPAD screen still had crack not quickly noticeable. This company received payment for unsatisfactory service.
