I placed an order online , which I needed to make a return from and those were the two coats I returned the coats through UPS two weeks ago I've heard nothing back from this company regarding returns or refund and I've called , emailed and messaged ...please help Resolution Sought I want my money back.

The customer returned one Trench Coat and one Cropped Jacket to our returns facility, requesting an exchange for one item and a Gift Card for the other. On 2/22/24, the exchanged item was shipped and successfully delivered to the customer on 2/28/24 via FedEx tracking# 271426544610. Furthermore, a Gift Card in the amount of $49.16 was issued on 2/22/24, aligning with the customer's request. Please find our return policy attached for your reference. I can't upload the screenshot or email here in this column however I most definitely in writing via email requested a refund because I don't want to shop here again the customer service and shipping needs a lot of professional work and I don't want it go through anything further with this company. I would greatly appreciate my refund. I definitely have the emails there's a long thread, where I requested a refund for the same reasons I provided above etc.

Upon reviewing the returned items, it has come to our attention that not all items were returned for refund processing. Please kindly ensure that all items eligible for refund are returned according to our return policy. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention that on March 15, 2024, a gift card in the amount of $49.16 was issued to you for the returned item for which you requested a refund. However, we have observed that this gift card was subsequently used to make a new purchase.
